Job Title:    Account Manager

Department:    Customer Operations

Reports to:    Chief Operations Officer

Location:    Vista, CA

 

Essential Functions: This position plays a vital role to ensure customer satisfaction and customer value objectives, goals and initiatives are achieved.  Account Managers are knowledge experts in their respective client programs, playing a pivotal front-line role in identifying and communicating issues and opportunities to better satisfy client needs.

 

The Account Manager is responsible for complete client relationship management.  This involves working with and managing the necessary support arms to exceed satisfaction, value commitments and expectations by improving service levels, reducing costs and ensuring adherence to contractual commitments.  The Account Manager serves as the catalyst to identify potential client and business segment growth opportunities.

 

Essential Requirements/Preferred Skills: Experience managing people and process in an account management environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills using spreadsheets, databases and word processing software. Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and time management.  Superior verbal and written communication skills; excellent conceptual and analytical skills and a high degree of self-motivation.  Ability to create a strong sense of cooperation and teamwork throughout the organization. Ability to effectively establish priorities and develop objectives, goals and action plans to meet or exceed customer expectations within a fast paced environment. Strong customer focus.

 

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree a plus, and 3-5 years facilities maintenance and/or construction experience or combination of education and work experience required.

 

 

Special Characteristics: Approximately 10% overnight travel.

Salary Range:  $30,000-$32,000 DOE

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Micro Responsibilities:

 Vendor Management- to include, but not limited to, vendor recruitment, labor/materials/mark-up negotiations, vendor follow-up on open calls, bids, etc.Single point of contact for client(s)- responsible for bid submittals, approvals, follow-up on pending bids. Also serves as support for Operations on quality assurance initiatives, and post-call failures, insuring customer satisfaction.Provides respective Clients with any requested/required reports.Organic Client Business Development- responsible to enhance NCRC’s service offering- i.e. project work, rollouts, etc.Data Integrity- responsible for insuring areas are properly assigned with respective Client representatives
