Senior Financial Analysts - NW and W (Chicago)

Our clients are looking for Well Qualified Senior Financial Analysts who will be involved in Planning, Reporting, Forecasting, Consolidation, Analysis,
The areas of responsibility will include total division reporting, forecasting, consolidation, analysis and planning.

Duties include consolidation and analysis of business results from multiple business areas as well as functional areas to provide management with accurate evaluation of periodic financial results. The individual must be able to work closely with corporate and division management as well as functional groups to ensure timely integration of planning and actual results.
• Reporting and analysis of monthly financial results and weekly and monthly forecasting.
• Research account details as needed throughout the month-end and planning processes; coordinate with Corporate Accounting and Division Financial Analysts to gain understanding and validate data/systems
• Provide support for the weekly/quarterly forecasts and annual plan
• Coordinate and review input to the “Scorecard�
• Produce ad hoc reports for corporate and internal management
• Drive efficiencies and integrate financial & best practices to all Financial Planning & Analysis processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Solid background in finance, general accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, planning and forecasting.
• Position requires an understanding of the marketing, sales, and manufacturing operations disciplines in order to develop, analyze and interpret financial data and communicate this data to management.
• Excellent analytical, systems, and communication skills (accuracy and sense of urgency).
• PC proficiency in Excel, Business Warehouse, and/or SAP.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a dynamic financial environment.
• Ability to work closely with all disciplines and levels of management to achieve company goals.
