SEASONAL STUDIO ASSOCIATE

 

Reports To: Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager

 

Summary of Responsibility:

The Seasonal Studio Associate is responsible for effectively contributing, on an individual and team basis, to the profitable operation of their assigned studio during the busy season months. They must strive to execute the vision and overall business strategy of Sears Portrait Studio to drive sales and increase profitability. Beginning and ending employment dates will vary, but are commonly mid -September through mid-December.

 

Key Responsibilities:Partner with the Studio Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the Studio’s operating plan goalsMeet and/or exceed individual sales goals established in the Studio operating plan, as well as other key performance standards  Partner with Studio Manager and Assistant Manager to complete required training within specified guidelines and continually work to improve individual skillsEffectively contribute to the studio culture, focusing on increasing sales, maintaining positive employee morale, and providing an exceptional customer experience. Ensure an exceptional customer experience by effectively executing the Sears Portrait Studio photography and sales processUse technologies to service customers – photographing subjects operating a digital camera, and manipulating digital images for customer presentation and salesPartner with Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager to develop the studio’s customer base and increase customer retentionContribute and maintain effective relationships, with the CPI Corporate Office, Sears Store Management, Mall Management, and Studio teamComply with CPI and Sears policies and proceduresDemonstrate a strong commitment to stated CPI Core Values
