Quality Engineer-- Refrigeration

Position: Quality Engineer-- Refrigeration    Reporting to:  Quality Manager


My client is a privately held company which manufactures and markets the industry's finest consumer products. They are the originator of their segment of products which are sold in over 80 countries internationally. Set up Quality systems for REFRIGERATION division

Train employees, both inside and outside Quality department

Implement cost savings and other means by which to address Quality issues

Performs a variety of complicated tasks 

Reports to Quality Manager 


 


 


Background Required:


BS degree (Engineering preferred)

Minimum 5-10 years QUALITY experience within a REFRIGERATION arena

Six Sigma or ASQ certifications a plus

Strong mechanical background

Solid knowledge of fasteners/ plastics/ sheet metal

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point & Project)

Hands on with good verbal & written communication skills

Consumer goods or automotive or other high volume manufacturing experience a plus
