General Manager

Engineering & IT Solutions is searching for a skilled and experienced General Manager to work in the St. Louis area. Ideal candidates will have experience working within the agricultural industry or the human food/snacks, extrusion, cooling, drying industry. Ideal candidates will also have at least 10 years of general management experience in either of these industries and possess a 4 year degree or higher. General job duties/goals of this position are as follows: Create a team of professionals working toward the same goal, Determine strengths of the organization and capitalize on them, Determine weaknesses and take the appropriate steps to minimize them, Grow the business into other areas to reduce current cyclicality, Create goals and objectives for the organization and implement them, Manage the team, be the driver for the organization, All other responsibilities required to make the organization successful.
