Field Technical Service Manager- Not an IT position

Hayward Pool Products, the leading manufacturer of swimming pool equipment and products has an immediate opening for a District Field Techncical Service manager to cover the Arizona and surrounding market.  The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of pool industry experience, including hands-on field technical service experience. Supervisory or management experience is a plus.



 

 



Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



You will be responsible for managing, supporting and training ‘Hayward Authorized Service Centers’ within your defined territory. You will also be responsible for recruitment of new service centers when required to support Hayward customers in your territory. Additional responsibilities include training and support for distributor and retail customers, working in concert with the sales team.



 

Education, Experience, Licenses/Certificate / and skills to perform the job

Candidate should have current knowledge of local building codes involving pool equipment installations. Ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong knowledge of Windows based PC skills. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter who can handle all aspects of field service management. Candidate must be detailed oriented & organized. You must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
