Description:
The Child Testing Researcher is a position that conducts heavy research working with children on a daily basis as it relates to products.

Primary duties will be:

Recruiting children in the morning through phone calls and e-mails.
Running research tests with children in the Imagination Center (2 kids at a time/ one-on-one).

Candidate will be talking with children, demonstrating new products and prototypes to children, and then follow-up questions to children to obtain research findings.

Candidate MUST enjoy working with children.

Testing will cycle through 2 children at a time for every 20 minutes.

During testing, candidate will be observed by approximately 5-10 marketing research, advertising agency and marketing representatives.

Candidate will be monitored for 30 days to ensure a good fit.

Requirements:
MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong writing skills.
Research skills;Experience working with children. Personable, friendly attitude;Ability to work in a fast paced environment while interacting with multiple departments including Marketing, Advertising and Research.

Ideal candidate is a current Graduate student in a Social Sciences program who is a researcher. Candidates must possess experience working with children. No babysitters or child care takers. Candidates with a teaching background could be acceptable so long as they have some research experience.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly DOE
