Prinsen Distributing in Minnesota, a specialty food distributor: expansion and growth have created an opportunity for a Category Analyst experienced in auditing point of sales in a fast paced retail environment selecting items for Lunds and Byerly.  Candidate must be customer focused and will be accountable for category analysis, reset designs for stores including space management, product and number analysis via computer tracking and product margin identification. Fluent in Excel and Crystal software, excellent verbal and written communication skills, mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Food and Consumer Packaged Goods Marketing or Economics required, computer science minor preferred.
