Description 

-Supports the Kellogg Company business teams regarding direct consumer communications by leveraging consumer insight, building consumer relationships, evaluating consumer data for risk management, and ensuring effective and consistent communications with consumers. -Manages content and functionality of Consumer Affairs on-line infobases in support of assigned brands. -Dependent upon experience, this position may be filled at the Manager level.

Requirements

1 to 3 years experience in food processing, food sensory analysis, quality assurance or comparable function required.

1 to 3 years experience in consumer affairs or other highly comparable function preferred.

Very strong written and oral communication skills a must to communicate effectively with consumers, internal constituents and team members.

Excellent problem-solving skills also necessary.

Demonstrated proficiency using computer applications such as Microsoft Word, databases and Excel.

Ability to analyze data and produce and write reports for a variety of internal and external audiences.

Bachelor's Degree in food science, nutrition or a related field of study required.
