Account Manager, North American Retail

We are in search of a world class Inside Sales/Account Manager to assist in supporting our North American retail customers.  In this position you will participate in all aspects of our customer operations that include: planning, order management, inventory management and account sales support.

 

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Provide exceptional customer service to our retail partners.

· Learn iRobot’s business process to provide daily support in all areas of our retail operations.  Including external customer interfacing, order management, inventory management, order allocation, 3PL planning, demand forecasting.

· Oracle transaction processing at the order management level, inventory planning, lead time management.

· Provide superb “on the fly” problem solving skills.

· Design and implement improved processes and operational support.

· Recommend changes to products and services to exceed customer’s needs.

· Coordinate customer requirements with iRobot’s Sales Dept., and outside suppliers.
 

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience supporting large North American retailers in a sales support or customer service role.   Proven experience supporting accounts in the Retail Top 100 is required.

Oracle 11i experience supporting order management, returns management, inventory management.

You must be highly and self-motivated person, accountable for success, and can prove the ability to exceed customer expectations to drive projects to completion.  College degree required
