Service Delivery Manager

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will provide leadership to Engagements for our Management Services clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Business Management

-Perform the day to day management of the following business areas:
 Contract Development
 Contract Signing
 Contract Tracking
-Interface with Calence back office teams NOC (Network Operations Center), PSO (Procurement Service Organization), FSO (Financial Services Organization), TSO (Technical Services Organization), Sales, Consulting, Legal and any other organizations within Calence, as required

Relationship Management

-Serve as primary contact with Client
-Communicate weekly and monthly status/performance reports to Client
-Maintain working relationships/partnerships with existing and future vendors

Technical Operations

-Provide technical and quality assurance reviews to all engagement team member projects and deliverables, as required
-Serve as the primary lead for identifying and recruiting employees required to fill all project-related skill sets to ensure engagement success

Project Management

-Perform project leadership for key initiatives including:
 Staffing
 On-time project delivery
 On-budget project delivery
-Delivering on the scope of the project Responsible for the profit and loss of the engagement including:
 Full P&L review and variance analysis
 Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, &  Collections oversight
 Budget creation and analysis
 Cost control
-Perform the day to day management of the following business areas
 Contract Development
 Contract Signing
 Contract Tracking
