We are currently seeking a District Manager for our Phoenix office.  Qualified candidates must possess the ability to manage many aspects of your district office.You must effectively manage the financial aspect of district operations so that the office meets or exceeds expectations regarding profitability, growth and operational objectives.  Which includes maintaining and recruiting applicable staff to ensure appropriate productivity.  You will also be responsible for strategic business direction for your district, which will include planning, staffing and budgeting for future requirements and opportunities.  You will work with the Corporate office, which includes, Human Resources, IT and Accounting to ensure compliance with company policy and programs.You will also be responsible for the business development activity in your district.
