Job Description:



We are searching for a “Top Performer” to work for a leading commercial builder working throughout the Southeast.  This company has a great reputation for hiring the best-of-the-best!  They offer exceptional compensation/benefits and sustains very low employee turn-over.  They have an outstanding work culture/environment.


 


This company builds a wide variety of large-scale commercial projects usually ranging from $5-80M/project.  Must be willing to travel 50-75% of the time.  The right candidate will have mostly general contracting experience and have a stable work history.  All inquiries will be kept strictly confidential.


 


Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have 5 years Superintendent level construction experience.  Projects will include healthcare, retail, warehouse/distribution, high-rise, educational, etc.


 


Salary:
$70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year, DOE.
