Support Services Manager - Grand Cayman

Due to expansion, my client, an established Property Developer in Grand Cayman, currently seeks a Support Services Manager, to manage a Department to provide functional support to field based construction teams.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this position will be responsible for managing the estimating, planning, procurement, logistics and document control disciplines.

The candidate must possess a degree or professional qualification and a high level of building, engineering and commercial knowledge, and have a demonstrable track record in the management of large building schemes in locations with logistical and resource challenges. The ability to plan, communicate, and execute workflow effectively is essential. Previous experience working for an established Contractor / Project Management / Development Company and knowledge of the Miami-Dade building code and the application of building components for a ‘hurricane hardened’ building shells are essential. Core attributes include a high level of computer competency and professional integrity.

The position is offered on a single or married status basis and attracts an ‘All In’ salary that is paid free of tax, together with Contributory Pension and Medical Insurance.
