Responsibilities will include:

 Travel by plane or automobile to customer site to support our products in the field.Verify that product is installed according to instructions and/or project-specific requirements.Install products according to project specifications.Document installs for site and office archives.Provide orientation and training to designated recipients.Provide technical support by telephone, email and other media to installers, end-users, 3rd party service providers, sales representatives, distributors, etc.

 

Requirements:

 5+ years of practical field service experience with a basic understanding of electrical contracting, power distribution and theory of application.  Ability to read and interpret riser diagrams, electrical plans and schematicExperience with controls and BAS systems preferredProven people skillsAbility to write routing reports and correspondenceAbiltiy to speak effectively to customers and employeesComputer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Lotus NotesAbility to travelValid drivers license allowing operation of a company vehicle
