Estimator-Healthcare

8 to 15 yrs. Estimating exp. Doing take offs, putting pricing together and reviewing finished bids. Must have worked with commercial CM or GC firms doing new construction or healthcare and hospital projects. New building construction or fit out projects, must understand core and shell / arch. Trades when it comes to estimator. Projects size can range from 5 to 50 mil. Understand conceptual est, hard bid est, competitive pricing bids. Understand preconstruction budgeting.
