Civil Estimator- HCSS software

Qualifying subcontractors, writing and negotiating subcontracts, estimating trade take-offs, estimating and putting together bids, plugging in numbers to HCSS, attend progress meetings, work up change orders for bridge, utility and/or site work development construction, projects up to $50M.



General requirements :

Relevant Experience: Construction Management, General Contractor, Estimating Consultant Total Experience: at least 5 years

I want to talk with any estimator in the country who has heavy highway, civil construction experience and has used HCSS software.
