ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

· Deliver world-class technical support and relationship management to customers implementing and running the Bullhorn suite of software products.

· Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug client-related software problems and issues, while developing rapport and working relationships within all levels of our client companies.

· Manage and own the resolution process for all client-related software problems and issues.

· Consistently and proactively communicate with clients in regards to status and expected resolution of the issue.

· Provide thorough functional and technical product knowledge to resolve client application questions in the areas of system configuration/setup, product functionality, and bug/enhancements.

· Liaise with and provide continuous feedback to development, product management and professional services on issues and enhancements related to our core suite of software products.

· Test new releases of the software for the purposes of training and quality management.

· Maintain personal professional development, including continuous learning of new technologies and new Bullhorn features and functionality.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

· Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the study of Computer Science or MIS.

· Must have 2+ years experience supporting a mission critical, commercial software application.

· Must have strong technical problem solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.

· Must have strong understanding of Relational Databases (SQL, Oracle, Sybase, etc.) and all Microsoft applications (including Outlook and IE).

· Must have the ability to lead effective interactions with clients at all organizational levels, ranging from C-level to end-user.

· Must have exceptional research, analytical and problem solving skills.

· Must have the ability to proactively develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization.

· Must have a strong aptitude for customer service, committed to providing world-class technical and application support.

· Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).

· Must have the ability to lead effective interactions with clients at all organizational levels, ranging from C-level to end-user.

· Must have demonstrated energy, drive and enthusiasm for technical problem solving and delivering exceptional customer service.

· Must have proven ability to multi-task and work efficiently/proactively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
