Interactive Web Designer
Our Client specializes in innovative eLearning courses for medical
professionals and in creating medical illustrations for print publication and courtroom exhibits.
They are located in downtown Boston!

Position Summary
• Design, implement, and manage client websites and eLearning courses.
Qualifications:
• Experience in user interface engineering, multimedia development, and graphic
design using industry standard software.
• Knowledge of browser compatibility issues for all platforms and major browsers
• A demonstrated proficiency with web-related technologies (see below) and the ability
to design websites using web standards.
• A demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, excellent interpersonal and
oral communication skills, technical project leadership experience and project
management skills.
• 3-5 years of professional web design experience.
• Ability to take ownership of development efforts and take work from concept to
internet.

Technical Knowledge/Skills
• Interactive: Flash
• Graphic Development Tools: Photoshop, Freehand, Illustrator
• Web Design Tools: Dreamweaver, FrontPage, Fireworks
• Web Standards: (X)HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript
• Server Side Programming: ASP, some knowledge of PHP, Java, Cold Fusion
• Database: SQL, MySQL, Access
• Server Administration: MS Server 2000/2003, IIS 6, Serv-U FTP Server, I-Mail,
Domain Management, SSL certificates
• Audio/Video: Windows Media, Real Media, QuickTime
• Productivity: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
