Compensation/HRIS Analyst
Job SummaryAs part of the Compensation, Benefits and HRIS team, this person will lead the administration of company wide bonus programs and will be responsible for administering our domestic and/or international compensation programs and will have shared responsibility in the maintenance of our HRIS system. This will include updating compensation programs that are innovative and on the cutting edge, compensation evaluation and analysis, and administration and update of a company wide, quarterly bonus program. This is a hands-on position that requires day to day interaction with managers and HR staff, evaluating new positions and administration and education regarding pay practices.
ResponsibilitiesThis person will be responsible for the administration of the quarterly stakeholder bonus program. They will assist in updating compensation programs that are innovative and on the cutting edge; will conduct compensation evaluation and analysis, and administration and enhancement of a company wide, quarterly bonus program. This is a hands-on position that requires day to day interaction with managers and HR staff, evaluating new positions and administration and education regarding pay practices. This person will use their strong technical competence to bring enhanced automation to our existing processes.
Qualifications5+ years of compensation experience, preferably in a high-tech industry. Specific experience with international compensation, sales compensation and alternative reward programs is strongly preferred. College degree, proven track aligning the compensation program with a progressive environment, and designing and delivering new programs is required. Also required are strong written communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to innovate. Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Strong attention to detail and comfortable analyzing large sets of data. Prior experience with HRIS is strongly preferred (running reports, data entry, set-up and maintenance of systems). Strong Excel knowledge with the capacity to develop complex formulas to identify root causes and/or data patterns. Access knowledge is strongly preferred. Must be able to conduct analysis on compensation programs using metrics, monitoring trends and providing meaningful analysis. Analytical mindset and comfortable with the basic statistical approaches for data analysis.
