We need a talented individual to fill the role of PC & Printer Technician for Diebold Information & Security Systems. In this position, you will Provide point of sale (POS), computer, printer, and server maintenance.

Qualifications

Required

Capable of heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds).

Driver's License & reliable transportation.

Experience maintaining/repairing point of sales equipment, servers, PC's, and printers.

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience communicating regular status to clients, superiors, and peers.

Strong work ethic. Uses time productively to accomplish work goals.

Committed to meeting quality standards.

Has effective organizational skills. Keeps records organized.

Remains composed and behaves professionally even during emotionally-charged or stressful situations.

Ability to effectively handle escalations and time critical issues.

Able to work efficiently with minimal guidance or supervision.

Must be available for overtime and to be on-call 24x7. (This is a 40+ hour per week position.  All overtime is paid at time and a half.)

Preferred

A+ Certification, printer certifications, and/or other IT certifications.

Experience in IBM Info Print printer and/or Seven Eleven POS system maintenance/repair
