Network Engineer (Cisco)

The ideal candidate will lead, recommend, and maintain all aspects of the network applications and infrastructure for the client and its subsidiaries. . Recommend and maintain the network infrastructure including but not limited to Routers, Firewalls, Internet load balancing, and DNS . Recommend and maintain network communications including but not limited to bonded T1's, Frame Relay, DSL, Wireless, and VPN . Recommend and lead server migrations . Monitor and maintain specific applications including but not limited to Email, Firewall, Antivirus, WMS Oracle database, and Web applications. . Level 2 / level 3 support for servers and workstations respectively . Level 2 support for RF wireless equipment . Qualifications :
. Experience / Knowledge of Cisco Security Agents . Experience / Knowledge of Cisco Pix . Linux, TCP/IP, UNIX, NT, IP Routing . Understanding of basic network services, vulnerabilities and attacks, as well as ways to mitigate vulnerabilities . Customer Service background and good written and verbal communication skills . Attention to detail and great organizational skills . CCNA Certification a plus . CCNP Certification is required
