Rapidly expanding, nationwide computer hardware maintenance company is seeking an experienced & motivated Help Desk Technical Administrator at the Phoenix corporate office to provide technical support for an extensive customer base. Candidate shall possess excellent administrative & organizational skills, as well as proven technical ability. A pleasant demeanor, outgoing personality, & dependability is very important. Must be experienced in remote diagnosis of equipment problems, & proficient in the use of computer applications including but not limited to Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Tigerpaw & other applications as needed to perform the job. The ability to effectively communicate both verbally & in writing with a diverse group of customer personnel, including corporate & field management is very important. Responsibilities include accurate analysis & diagnosis, initiate ordering of part(s), dispatch technician & provide timely updates of service order through completion. Education requirements include at a minimum high school diploma, along with pertinent on-the-job or other technical training/certification applicable to this position. HP3000, HP9000 & Unix training/experience is a plus. Must pass employer’s background check & drug screen test. We are a drug free employer.
