Network Analyst (Bentonville, Arkansas)

The Computer Hut is a local IT services company and Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with offices in Little Rock, Arkansas and Bentonville, Arkansas.  We have immediate openings AT BOTH OFFICES for the right technicians to provide high quality customer service to our clients.  We integrate technologies from Microsoft, HP, IBM, Citrix, Cisco and others.  We employ only the best and believe in doing things right the first time. 
 
Primarily responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting clients and their networks. Independently manage integration of technologies into client environments and assess client needs.

Primary Duties Include:
 
1) Deliver high-quality integration services, including configuration of servers, workstations, and internetworking equipment.
2) Provide on-site/telephone/remote support.
3) Provide training to clients on technology solutions and related components.
4) Perform assigned server and/or workstation proactive maintenance.
5) PC configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PC operating systems, hardware, software and related peripherals.
6) Internet connectivity installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Integration of advanced networking technologies.
7) Telephone and network cabling.
8) Virus and Spyware detection and removal.
9) Delivery and setup of computer and/or networking equipment and/or related peripherals.
10) Other duties as assigned.

Work hours are 8:00a – 5:00p, Monday through Friday. Requires being on-call via pager and/or cell phone and occasional after hours and weekend work.

Education Requirements: Associates degree or equivalent experience; A+ certification; MCP certification; 3+ years professional experience and advanced knowledge of Windows-based operating systems and associated hardware, including installation, configuration, and functionality. Working knowledge of networking technologies, including servers, network operating systems, and other related network infrastructure equipment. 

Skills Required: Computer and networking software and hardware troubleshooting skills. Good communication and organizational skills; highly motivated and eager to learn. Punctuality is an absolute must. Possess a valid Arkansas Motor Vehicle Operators License and proper insurance, with no major traffic violations. Must maintain a satisfactory driving record.
