Level 2 Support Technician

Spherion's National Recruiting Center (NRC) based in St Louis, MO has immediate permanent (non-contract based) positions available in Phoenix, AZ (Scottsdale and Tempe area) for level 2 support technicians.

 

These needs are immediate, and every qualified candidate will be interviewed!

 

Candidates MUST be able to work in a fast paced environment, dealing with customers all day.

 

To be considered, you must have one or more of the following:

 

• Previous tech support experience
• A+ certification, MCP, MCSE, or higher(required)  (must have at least one certification, A+ is preferred)
• Familiarity with Microsoft® Office

• Previous experience with phone support is a huge plus.
• Basic analytical and statistical abilities
• Communication and problem solving skills
• Degree in Computer Science is a plus
