IPRO Tech, Inc., a premier developer of litigation software for the legal community has an exceptional opportunity available for an experienced IT Manager with proven leadership experience to lead our small but fast growing Information Technology team.This position is a hands on environment where the Manager must not only share in the workload but lead by example.

The essential job functions are as follows: 

 Manage and work with the IT team to provide end-user support and ensure maximum network and user uptime; ensure support is provided in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. Manage the installation, updating and maintenance of operating systems on company wide workstations. Developing and implement innovative ideas and procedures to improve company wide efficiency and productivity  Ensure team members utilize technology that provides fast, accurate, and secure methods to access information. Ensure the maintenance of user accounts, file permissions, archives and monitoring of network space Maintain awareness of changing trends and regulations and act on as required.  Develop and implement a Disaster Recovery Plan. Conduct consistent team meetings; providing the team with guidance, development and direction in accordance with overall strategy

 

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education/experience in the computer science field. Experience in IT personnel supervisionMicrosoft SQL, Exchange and 2003 Server experience requiredTelecommunications and Linux/Unix experience a plusAbility to manage multiple projects and motivate staff.Excellent project management skills

 

 Salary commensurate with experience.
