Job Title:  Client Support Analyst (2 open positions)

 

Location:  Burbank, CA

 

Overview:  Axium (www.axium.com ), a leading entertainment and corporate payroll outsourcing company, is seeking 2 Client Support Analysts for our Burbank location. Individuals should possess strong production accounting skills and have excellent client consult skills.

 

Skills/Requirements:Must have intermediate accounting knowledge (production accounting preferred)Must have client training skillsMust posses superior oral and written communication skillsMust have customer service and/or helpdesk experienceMust be able to work in a team environment and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionKnowledge of SQL databases, functions and commands preferred but not required.

 

Responsibilities:Handle client calls related to but not limited to the accounting, budgeting and scheduling software packagesDocument the calls in CRM Coordinate implementation of CRM with teamEnter ECR’s (engineering change request) on bugs/enhancements to the softwareInstall and test various components of the software, including updatesOral and written communication with programmers and/or IT group on software/hardware related issuesProvide 24 hour/7 days a week support on on-call basisPrimary support in upload/download interfaces and other studio-specific featuresResponsible for new show set upResponsible for maintaining manuals/user documentationBe able to perform data restore/data fixes per client request
