Job Description:

We are a leading Management and Technology Consulting company working with  Global  companies to define their new business processes or  redesign existing business processes, and automate them using BPM tools. We have operations in US, Asia and Europe.

Our solution services team is currently searching for two BPM Businesss Process Analysts, experienced in using a major BPM suite (e.g., Appian, Savvion, FileNet, Lombardi, Tibco, Handysoft) and subject matter expertise in one or more industry verticals.

Gather business requirements, facilitate client meetings, define and model processes for BPM solutions. Candidate should have solution design and process definition experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential and previous experience in a consulting environment will be highly regarded.

Requirements/skills:

Required Skills & Professional Experience

·  Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

·  A minimum of three years of experience in a functional (requirements specification) role

·  A minimum of two years of experience in process design experience

·  A minimum of two years of experience suggesting process improvements

·  A minimum of two years of experience defining requirements for system automation

Preferred Skills:

·  Previous consulting experience

·  Two years of experience as a subject matter expertise in a commercial segment

·  Two years of experience with a major BPM suite is a plus

·  Two years of experience with development life cycle is also a plus

·  Two years of experience with a major integration technologies is a plus



Geo location: all US considered

Must be willing to travel as necessary.
