Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary:

Assumes daily maintenance schedule in a five-year old high-rise condominium building, including but not limited to light electrical & plumbing, building inspections, emergency equipment testing.  Reports directly to and works closely with Building Engineer.  This can be a physically demanding job and is not a "janitorial" position, though does involve some light grounds keeping. We're looking for a self motivated career-minded person interested in learning additional skills in the building maintenance trades.  Pool & spa maintenance helpful but not required.  Basic computer skills and professional, courteous demeanor required.  Able to work with and without direct supervision.  Salary influenced by experience.
