MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Talbert Medical Group, an independent physician-owned primary care and multi-specialty medical group serving Orange and LA counties has an immediate opening for an experienced MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR for our Huntington Beach location.



As MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR, primarily responsible for providing maintenance, surveillance, and janitorial duties, provide TALBERT members and associates with a clean, safe environment by ensuring that the facilities and grounds are maintained in accordance to company appearance and operational standards and perform a wide range of maintenance and janitorial functions including minor repairs, painting, distribution of supplies, and coordinating maintenance activities.



Qualified candidates will have high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of general maintenance and janitorial experience. Working experience with basic hand tools, small power tools and other equipment. Ability to perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs and patching/painting. Ability to quickly identify a problem and notify Center Administrator or Facility Maintenance Engineer, and follow direction to correct problem. Ability to maintain multiple logs for orders, supplies and facility maintenance in an orderly fashion. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Organizational skills include daily activities, ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment.
