Facilities Coordinator

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our team and provide support to the on-site Facilities department.

This position will retrieve, process, route and deliver all mail, including general office duties. In addition to maintaining office equipment the candidate will trouble shoot and identify maintenance issues and schedule outside vendor support.

This service-oriented individual will also conduct monthly inspections of all facilities and schedule repairs accordingly as well as attend monthly safety meetings, conduct daily safety walk-through and takes care of any safety issues that are identified.

The ideal candidate will have two or more years of related experience, and education or experience equivalent to a High School Diploma. Must be able to lift, pull, or push up to, but not exceeding, 60lbs including climb ladders. Excellent oral and written communication skills and computer proficiency are required.
