Account Manager/ Maintenance Supervisor

Duties:
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for the daily repair and preventive maintenance of all plant machinery and document all work performed. You must maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations that affect the plant operations, and comply with company safety policies and practices to promote safety awareness within the facility.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the housekeeping and laundry staff, comprising three to six employees, scheduling working hours to cover 7-day operations, and supervising the work of the associates.
You must be able to bend, twist, reach, pull, push, and routinely lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. You will be expected to meet operating and financial goals and customer needs.

Skills/Qualifications:
Possess knowledge of physical plant operations and preventive maintenance systems, etc. Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude; basic knowledge of required codes; ability to plan ahead and adhere to a proper schedule; ability to communicate effectively verbally and written.
Experience in managing maintenance in a skilled nursing facility or similar environment is a big plus!

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills. Will be able to develop positive, long-term relationships with our clients. Skills in time management and an eye for process improvement are essential.

As a Maintenance Supervisor for Healthcare Services Group, Inc., some of your responsibilities will include:

Starting salary $30K during training/orientation.
Salary upon placement $35K+.
Increases based on experience and performance.
