Sr Engineering Specialist

This individual will be required to perform lab supervision, equipment requisition, process definition, process qualification, process documentation and process training..
General requirements :
B.S. degree in Engineering and 9-13 years of experience, or M.S. in Engineering and 5-7 years of related experience
Technical requirements :
Working knowledge of the design, development, qualification, and evaluation of moist heat, radiation and ethylene oxide sterilization processes and their international standards, i.e., AAMI. Trained in Six Sigma Quality techniques; Black belt preferred, project work successes in LEAN enterprise techniques. Sterilization, which includes process definition, process qualification, process documentation, and process training.
