Formulation Technician

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated person to join our manufacturing team as our Formulation Technician.

Responsibilities include working with ongoing production issues such as flow, lamination and product capping for new and existing formulas. Prior work in product development, scale-up, pilot runs for effervescent formulas, hygroscopic sensitive tablets, herbal capsules and food powders is preferred. Any candidates with prior Nutraceutical/Pharmaceutical or Food Manufacturing laboratory or Q.A. /Q.C. experience are encouraged to apply.  Additional duties will include particle size measurement, tap density, moisture analysis, and mixing & milling.  Qualified applicants must have a degree in chemistry or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. A working knowledge of nutritional supplement regulations including Standard Operating Procedures, F.D.A requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus.
