Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Successful candidate will, under general supervision, prepare and/or maintain systems, programming, security, and operations documentation, including user manuals. They will are expected to maintain current internal documentation library. Participate as a team member for extended projects to ensure customer receives information needed. Candidate will ensure information is current, complete, and readily retrieveable to meet customer needs, and handles special requests for information.

Basic Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must meet the following basic qualifications: - High School Diploma plus 5 years o related experience - one of more years of research or library experience - Exprience working with technology industry, mainly in the DoD and Army IT security arena - Ability to work in a team environment - Interpersonal skills for gathering information, documents, research from customers and personnel - Strong verbal and written communciations skills
