WORKFLOW SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

- Provides system support to end-users regarding all aspects of the workflow systems. Conducts research and analysis into the cause of system problems and resolves problems.
- Serves as Business Analyst on smaller projects under the direction of Project Manager.  Works together with Consultants and Project Managers to ensure the client’s business needs have been met.
- Complete all Q/A testing for newly created workflows and for all changes, fixes or enhancements to existing workflows inclusive of preparation of training materials and communication of the enhancements through training. 
- Communicates system changes to all necessary levels of participants.
- Examines information flow systems and recommends/implements alternatives to improve efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of information flow and to ensure consistent availability of information to meet user needs and decision-making processes.
- Acts as a liaison with Distributed Services and/or outside vendors as appropriate in support of the systems.

Required Skills:
-  College degree in information technology or equivalent work experience.
- 3 + years of experience in system administration or system support
- Experience as a business and/or data analyst
- Good knowledge of software installation.
- Good working knowledge of Report writing software preferably Crystal Reports.
- Good working knowledge of hardware/software: MS Office, Windows applications
- Excellent organizational/planning/project management skills.
