Compass Bank is currently seeking an individual to provide technical sales support to clients and sales support in our Treasury Management department in downtown Birmingham, Alabama.

 

Responsibilities: Serve as the product management liaison to both treasury management sales and operations in promoting the successful sales and implementation of the Bank's new remote deposit service.  Provide technical sales support to include helping clients understand the benefits of remote deposit through on site product demonstrations, as well as webinars and other sales venues.  Coordinate call schedules with sales teams across the Compass footprint and help sales officers prospect and pre-qualify leads.

 

Required Qualifications: Requires Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business. Also requires, two years banking experience, six to eight years experience in a combination of sales, banking, product management or closely related experience a plus. Treasury Management product knowledge preferred.  Must have the ability to understand technical operating environments sufficient to help clients implement software based installations, as well as provide technical consultations/training to sales force and clients.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills a must.  Must be willing to travel (travel will be approximately 25 – 50% per month depending upon individual’s experience level).
