Position may be a Retail Performance Delivery Specialist I or II based on skills/experience
Hours and Days: Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. additional hours as needed
Some travel required with position-may be up to 20%-40% within Indiana and surrounding states (may include overnight travel as well)

You as a Retail Performance Delivery Specialist I will -

* Be responsible for the delivery of standard training on technical, operational, sales skills and management skills to support high quality sales and service delivery within the Retail banking network. Conducts training for CSR position up to Branch Manager.
* Facilitate the training an average of 15 days per month with sessions of up to 25 participants possible.
* Serve as the acting manager in the classroom being responsible for scheduling, timesheets, setting expectations and follow-up, performance and disciplinary issues, etc. during training.
* Provide support to participants in application of program content, including activities such as branch visits.

Qualifications:
You and your skills -

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
* Proficiency in Word required; proficiency in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint highly preferred
* Knowledge and background to obtain internal certification to deliver training of workshops
* Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with many levels of Retail employees
* Knowledge of Customer Service, Consumer Banking, and Branch Management functions and Branch experience strongly preferred
* Previous experience in training adult audiences
