Private Financial Services Trust Administrator II

The PFS Trust Administrator II position is primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of new and existing high profile personal trust, investment management and managed IRA relationships and development of referrals for a variety of financial services to high net worth customers.  Financial services offered include trust and investment management, brokerage, loan and deposit products and insurance.

 

Requirements:

 

• Advanced knowledge of investment, tax and legal issues
• Advanced knowledge of Estate Planning Techniques
• Thorough knowledge of PFS products and services
• Advanced negotiating skills in dealing with beneficiaries and outside professionals
• Excellent PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentations
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to work independently in serving clients, resolving client issues, and interacting with professionals such as attorneys and CPA’s.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and 3-5 years experience in PFS or Trust related experience or equivalent work experience of 9-11 years.
