- Ability to effectively communicate to customers over the phone as well as in writing.  Incumbent must be well organized and manage time well.  This position requires attention to details. 
- Incumbent should be independent, self motivated, goal oriented and outgoing.  
- Should possess excellent customer service skills and very good business development/sales skills. 
- Strong computer skills with specific knowledge of MS Office products including Ms Word, MS Excel, and MS Access.

Required Skills:
- College Degree preferred however High School Diploma acceptable. 
- 2-3 years of Sales Experience including outside or phone sales. 
- 2-3 years of heavy customer contact environment. 
- 1-2 years of retail banking or equivalent experience.
