Corporate Banking Officer - Shawnee

Account manager responsible for providing commercial lending services for a variety of customers from different industry and market segments.  This position will manage a loan portfolio and drive account growth and profitability within sound risk management guidelines.

 Make and service a wide variety of secured and unsecured loans or lines of credit, most of which involve large amounts of money and important customers.Attend to the needs of customers seeking loans or lines of credit on terms that may involve significant amounts of unsecured funds and/or credit secured by mortgages or other collateral.Interview applicants to develop information concerning the business's, needs, desires, abilities and earnings, and coordinate with Credit Administration to determine whether a loan may be at an acceptable risk.Make decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits, or make recommendations to a manager.Call on potential or existing customers to develop new business and increase or retain existing.

Qualifications:A minimum of two to three years commercial lending experience required.A strong background in client development, account management and marketing required.Strong ability to communicate in a professional manner with external and internal customers required.Strong organizational, management and leadership skills required.Ability to maintain confidentiality required.Ability to create and successfully manage client relationships required.PC knowledge using Windows and MS Office products required. Banking or Finance degree with a high GPA is strongly preferred.
