Computer Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain our Core Processing system in our production environment. Interact with all departments to resolve any type of issue that is a result of the mainframe. Assist in the day to day operation of DP. Work closely with the Systems group on any ITI applications. Partner with the Network group on any networking issues that might involve the mainframe. Work closely with DP manager on all projects and testing. Ability to create testing environments for banking conversions.


Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working with ITI/Unisys Banking Platform.
Good working knowledge of Cande and WFL writing (Unisys).
• Ability to create and maintain our WFL’s in our production environment.
• Ability to create and modify WFL’s for any type of testing in our four test databases.
• Strong working knowledge of the system administration of an FS1600.
• Ability to set up new USER codes and to create new Databases.
• Good working knowledge of Unisys and utility module.
• Maintain our Pack configuration so all applications run at peak performance and have enough extra space available for growth.
• Working knowledge of maintaining multiple databases in a single domain. (Service Bauru background preferred.)
• Supervising staff of at least three people.
• Should be well versed in all ITI modules.
• Maintain the complete data to day operation of Data processing.
• Willingness to work all three shifts as needed.
• Ability to be on call as needed.
• • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Should have completed at least one bank conversion.
