Commercial Credit Analyst/Underwriter

Would you like to be part of a growing community bank in beautiful Arizona?

 

As a commercial credit analyst/underwriter you will perform a variety of duties to support the commercial lenders, executive committee and board of directors in the determination of the customers' credit worthiness.

Duties:
*Develop credit histories by compiling financial information

*Interpret financial and specific industry trends and customer payment histories by creating historical financial spreadsheets on customers, categorizing and entering data, analyzing trends

*Investigate variances on customers' financial statements by requesting information from sources, researching development within the industry

 

Requirements:

Must have 4+ Years commercial loan underwriting experience, including the ability to underwrite loans in excess of $5million.  Will underwrite both commercial and real estate loans

Must have commercial banking experience, residential mortgage background will not be considered

Formal credit training by a commercial bank preferred
