Client Site Operations Manager
Job Job Description
Currently we are seeking an experienced manager to maintain a high production standard in terms of imaging procedures and quality control, while at all times striving to create efficiencies for the department; manage the activities of a multiple shift production conversion operation and the personnel; and serve as a liaison between the client, the on-site team, and executive management.
Specific Responsibilities
· Manage the efforts of a multiple shift mail room and production paper conversion operation, allocating resources, and analyzing impact of new initiatives to current projects and client operations
· Serve as central contact and knowledge source for all Epitome Systems activity within client’s operations
· Mentor, monitor and report on staff performance; foster a team-building environment
· Project and trend personnel requirements to complete work efficiently while meeting service level requirements.
· Attend and participate in client meetings to report on project progress, escalated production issues, and discuss new procedures
· Enforce client and Epitome Systems’ policies and procedures
· Participate in negotiations with client; assist client in the development of project plans and strategies to take advantage of future business opportunities that may exist with the client in the future
· Provide subject matter expertise in areas (including, but not limited to): document management, capture management, quality control, mail room operations, translation of business requirements to project deliverables and test requirements, risk identification/mitigation, use of project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on professional knowledge and background
· Make presentations to senior-level management on status of project deliverables, negotiations of project scope with client, and risk identification
Requirements Experience in project management of client based production operations or related skills and education. BA or BS degree, job experience, or a combination of both that shows the ability to fulfill job requirements Expert capabilities in the following: communication management, facilitation, management of team dynamics, relationship building, influencing, management of matrix personnel, problem solving, decision making, resourcefulness, strategic thinking, innovation management, tactical execution, organizational efficiency, written and oral communication, dealing with ambiguity, team building, leadership, interpersonal communications, and executive level communications, strategic analytics, high-risk identification and mitigation Business process flow analysis and re-engineering Proficient in MS Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced in managing personnel and performance management of subordinates, preferably with experience in a production imaging unit. Other preferred qualifications include:
· Residential or commercial mortgage origination or servicing industry experience
· Business Process Management and Document Management experience
·Experience in capture and/or production operations including:
mailroom and paper document scanning
· Experience with capture software such as Kofax, Captiva,
Anydocs, etc.
