Call Center Representatives Needed for Homeowners' Insurance Division of Fortune 500 Mortgage Company!

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Will be responsible for inbound/outbound calls
* Communicating with clients: business to business calling regarding homeowners insurance claims
* Shift will be 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with 30 minute lunch
* Project assignment - minimum 2 weeks, must be flexible to remain on assignment up to several months as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Previous customer service experience in a call center environment
* Must have effective comprehension, listening, verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be able to use a PC and have knowledge of work processing/data entry
* Must be a team player with a positive attitude
* Good at notetaking
* Good at following work process instructions
* Strong attention to detail
* High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous mortgage/ insurance industry experience is a plus!!
Must Pass Pre-Employment Screening: Credit, Criminal Background, and Motor Vehicle Records Check
