Business Banking Coordinator

M & I is looking for an experienced Banking Coordinator to provide operational/administrative support to account lending officers who serviced high net worth clients.

 

You will manage lender calendars, act as liaison between customer and lenders.  Perform daily functions such as opening new deposit accounts, cleaning financial and documentation exceptions, loan and deposit system maintenance, deposit and loan research, copying filing, completion of request forms and transmitting information to centralized areas.  Must possess excellent customer service skills.  Specialized skills include:  typing 70 wpm, filing, PC Skills must be knowledgeable in MS Word, MS Excel, Lotus Notes.

 

Skills/requirements:

Requires 3-5 years administrative experience in commercial real estate or commercial lending.  Knowledge of lending and can determine what products and services our customers need. Must be able to multi task, prioritize and utilize effective time management skills.
