You as a Branch Customer Service Representative will -
* Process banking transactions quickly and accurately while providing superior customer service in every interaction with customers.
* Identify referral opportunities for products that meet customer needs.
* Perform all customer service functions in compliance with standard policies and procedures, and security, compliance and audit guidelines.
* Retain customers and increase overall customer satisfaction.
* Provide support for other branch staff members.
You and your skills -
* High School Diploma or the equivalent
* Internally provided training on branch systems, policies/procedures, product knowledge, and customer service
* Six months to one year previous experience, related retail experience recommended with excellent customer service skills
* General computer knowledge entering and retrieving data from a Windows bases system
* Communication skills (written, verbal, telephone), selling skills, and customer service skills
