Branch Capture Specialist

Members United Corporate Federal Credit Union is an $9 billion wholesale financial institution that provides investment, lending, securities, and correspondent services to credit unions nationally.  We are a large, growing financial institution in Indianapolis, Indiana seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Branch Capture Specialist.

 

This person will be responsible for implementation of new Branch Capture members as well as the ongoing support of this product.  This will include troubleshooting credit union technical issues dealing with windows based item processing applications.  Along with these duties, this person will work directly with existing and potential members to ensure member satisfaction.  Technical skills in networking and Windows are required.  A+, Network+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus.  This position will reside within the Share Drafts Department.

 

The incumbent will have experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, excellent communications and member service skills, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications and a clear understanding of Internet Protocols and Networking.
