We currently have Jr. Underwriter (Account Manager) positions available at our Ahwatukee, AZ location:



Responsibilities:

¨ Assist mortgage brokers and Account Executives in closing loans

¨ Analyze loan packages submitted by brokers for compliance to standards

¨¨ Process complex loan files; verify accuracy of documents and order

missing documents

¨ Perform pre-funding audits and generate closing packages

¨ Analyze appraisals, income and credit documentation, to include credit

reports and pay histories

¨ Responsible for signing off on underwriting conditions. (Final Underwrite)



Qualifications:

• Prefer two years previous processing experience with working knowledge of all facets of residential mortgage loans, including knowledge of underwriting criteria (sub-prime a plus)



• Ability to underwrite sub prime loans or previous authority to sign off on conditions a must.



• Basic computer skills, prefer working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office

• Stellar customer service, decision making, written and interpersonal skills required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently

• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with team members, internal, and external customers
