Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
The (Graveyard/Weekend) Operations Manager responsibilities include managing the Digital Services graveyard and weekend workflow and overseeing the graveyard and weekend staff.

The (Graveyard/Weekend) Operations Manager duties include:
Manage the daily post production facility operations and workflow on Graveyard/Weekend shifts and workload of 35+ staff members in Telecine, Editorial, Duplication, QC, Expediting, Labeling, and Shipping areas.
Coordinate with Day and Night shift Operations managers to ensure deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
Assign personnel and equipment resources as needed to work orders in ScheduAll based upon work order due date/time, equipment availability, order requirements, and personnel skill level.
Troubleshoot and devise alternate solutions when issues arise to ensure deadlines are met.
Reconcile hours in ScheduAll (Utilized as well as Billable hours) on a daily basis.
Approve overtime, time off, and shift change requests for graveyard and weekend staff.
Recommend implementation of changes in procedures to improve efficiencies.
Communicate changes in policies and procedures to staff in a clear, concise manner.
Generate ScheduAll and Excel reports.
Oversee client services for client session needs including ordering meals, providing refreshments and supplies.
Address disciplinary issues.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of full Post Production Facility Operations experience required.
Broad understanding of the Post Production facility process including Telecine, Editing, HD and SD Duplication, and Quality Control processes.
Experience tracking materials within the post production process.
